Returns: Custom orders are not returnable, and can only be canceled up to 2 working days after the order was submitted. Any approved return due to error in ordering, or refusal will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus freight cost. There is also a $30 charge if new box is required. All returns must be in saleable condition.
Damages/Defects: You must inspect both the box & the furniture immediately upon receipt. If there are damages to boxes or furniture, it must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery and we must be notified within 24 hours. Damages due to shipping are responsibility of the carrier and you must file a claim with the carrier. Claims will not be honored if bill of lading is not properly noted. If a COM product was damaged in shipping, you must include price of the replacement fabric in your claim with the carrier. Claims for defects or shortage must be made within 5 days after receipt of goods. Little Castle will not be responsible for any defects reported after the 5 days.
